About Alice
WIG MAKER, HAIR STYLIST, BODY & FACE PAINTER
The body is the source of inspiration; each individual or character allows for unique explorations. Alice is drawn to the human form: to enhance, to transform, to disguise, to enchant.
Her earlier work in the Trinidadian carnival tradition, and in theatre spectacles with Shadowland and VideoCabaret Theatres, led her to experiment with the possibilities of head and body adornment. This is complemented by more formal training and has led to designs showcased here.
